I am a triple certified REO Specialist & top producing REO agent for Exit Realty Northwest District selling over 100 REO listing each year. I am a full time REO Broker Licensed in Oregon with diverse experience in all aspects of REO property management and sales. I pride myself in meeting my REO client’s deadlines while providing accurate evaluations, keeping their expenses low and recovering the maximum return of capital on their REO properties. - 1996-Present real estate investor & property manager of multiple rental/investment properties.

- Multiple accredited classes, training seminars, and acute knowledge in all aspects of real estate sales, including REO sales, short sales, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure process, distressed properties, property management and marketing.

- Same day occupancy check, negotiate Cash-for-Keys, weekly reporting of occupancy and coordination of lender’s eviction process.
- Initiate property preservation including trash out, re-keying, secure property, estimate of repairs and effect emergency repairs to the property, coordinate all repairs and rehabs, arrange utilities, landscaping and lawn maintenance, and winterization.
- Proactive loss mitigation for your pre-foreclosure assets. Promptly contact the owner as directed and obtaining documentation required.
