I am a triple certified REO Specialist & top producing REO agent for Exit Realty Northwest District  selling over 100 REO listing each year.  I am a full time REO Broker Licensed in Oregon with diverse experience in all aspects of REO property management and sales.  I pride myself in meeting my REO client’s deadlines while providing accurate evaluations, keeping their expenses low and recovering the maximum return of capital on their REO properties.  I have funds available to make emergency repairs and to pay utilities on my REO listings.   • 1996-Present real estate investor & property manager of multiple rental/investment properties.
  • Top listing and producing agent for the Central Oregon and North West Region market for Exit Realty International.  2009 Bronze Award From Exit Realty International.
  •  Multiple accredited classes, training seminars, and acute knowledge in all aspects of real estate sales, including REO sales, short sales, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure process, distressed properties, property management and marketing.

 REO and BPO Services:


  • Accurate BPO reporting w/digital color pictures.  Performed quickly and efficiently by our dedicated BPO team. 24 hour turn around for drive by BPO’s, 48 hour on interior BPO’s.
  • Same day occupancy check, negotiate Cash-for-Keys, weekly reporting of occupancy and coordination of lender’s eviction process.
  • Initiate property preservation including trash out, re-keying, secure property, estimate of repairs and effect emergency repairs to the property, coordinate all repairs and rehabs, arrange utilities, landscaping and lawn maintenance, and winterization.
  • Proactive loss mitigation for your pre-foreclosure assets.  Promptly contact the owner as directed and obtaining documentation required.
  • Implementation of the Listing Service Plan determining the best market price achievable to quickly sell your property with our aggressive and proven marketing.  Insuring the highest degree of communication and action.
  • Negotiations using client directed offer communication method.
  • Closing Coordination, pending transactions thoroughly managed for timely closings.
